Mar De Amores - is a 3 bedroom/2 bath villa, located on top of the mountain and at the very end of Rock Ridge road, only 5 minutes away on all paved roads from Cruz Bay, giving you total privacy and tranquility. The 700 ft. elevation up the paved driveway ends into a private setting, as exotic landscaping of native and tropical plants welcomes you. Views of the amazing blue sea can be enjoyed from every single room of this villa.

The villa is a one level design that has 13' high arched doors and windows, all fully screened, and 25' beamed cathedral vaulted ceiling. A tall mahogany arched door enters you into the very spacious living room with imported tiles and mahogany and wicker furniture, with many Caribbean details that will make your stay very comfortable and at this elevation you'll catch the tropic tradewind breezes. 

The full length balcony runs past each bedroom and leads to the pool and gazebo deck area.

You can also enjoy your morning breakfast while watching the cruise ships pass by or come back in the evening to soak in the glorious sunsets and watch the lights appear in St Croix. 

With its large arched windows, the great room is the focal point to relax and enjoy. The great room features cable color TV/VCR, stereo and CD player. This villa was originally built by the owners when they occupied it with their young children and it has child safe railings and designed so you have unobstructed views of the pool and deck as well as the never ending blue sky and Caribbean Sea. The  180 degree view is breathtaking and frames Chocolate Hole, Rendezvous & Hart Bays as your view skims over Great Cruz Bay and also includes St. Croix on the horizon. The west facing views offer beautiful sunsets as well.

 Off the great room there is the kitchen and dining areas and a hallway leads to the 3 bedrooms. The kitchen opens to a full length deck and pool through sliding glass screened doors, where there is also a covered gazebo for al fresco dining. There's a gas grill along with a dining table  for six on the gazebo that offers fantastic views. The big and very well equipped kitchen features a 4-burner gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffeemaker and has custom made cabinets and imported Spanish tiles and accents along with a teak table that seats six.   A washer/dryer is located just off the kitchen.

 The master bedroom, with its king bed, features romantic exotic antique mahogany headboard decor and ambiance to make it very appealing for honeymooners and also features a deep soaking tub in the master bathroom.

All three bedrooms have vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, air conditioning, tiled floors and screened glass doors that open to the deck and view.

The second bedroom features a queen size bed. The third bedroom features a full size bed. These 2 are smaller then the master but equal in size and share a bath.
