Villa Catalina -
Is a 3 bedroom/3 bath villa that is located in an exclusive neighborhood, that
offers comfort and privacy. Located in the hills above Chocolate Hole Bay, on
the west side of St John, with a south facing view Catalina provides amazing
views from Chocolate Hole, Rendezvous & Hart Bay all the way to the horizon view
of St. Croix. This
tranquil setting provides privacy for sunning and swimming as you wish in the 10
x 28 size pool!
This home was finished in August 2002 and was
built only for vacation rentals purposes and it has a child friendly design.
The 2-level villa has the deck running the entire length of the house,;the pool
and surrounding sundeck right next to the kitchen, two master air conditioned
bedrooms with baths en suite, along with the living, dining and kitchen areas on
the upper level. The upper level pool deck area is surrounded by a stone wall
with lush vegetation that insures privacy. An exterior stairway leads to the
lower level with the third air conditioned bedroom/bath. The lower level also
features a separate air conditioned exercise room with weights, step master,
bike.; and a washer/dryer laundry room.

A large arched door takes you
into the dining and living room, where vaulted ceilings, wicker and
mahogany furniture, sliding glass screened doors and lots of tropical
accessories gives this area a relaxing Caribbean feeling. Color cable
TV/DVD and stereo CD are provided. There's even (DSL) hi speed wireless
internet. |
| The antique interior dining room table
seats six. The modern kitchen is very well equipped for you to enjoy
from a small snack to a large gourmet dinner. |

An outside dining table and a gas
barbeque grill are part of the amenities that you will find on the pool
deck, together with beach chairs and coolers. Here you can have your morning
coffee while you watch the pleasure boats and cruise ships passing by.

The upper bedrooms, each
feature
mahogany king size beds, air conditioning and refined décor are located at
opposite ends of the villa for privacy.

On the lower level, the third bedroom
with twin beds, that can be converted into a king, for another couple, is equally
sized, and also features air conditioning. The other lower bedroom
has been converted into an air conditioned work-out spot.
Bedrooms have
sliding screened glass doors to the large deck and fantastic views. All bedrooms
have baths en suite, air conditioning,
and charming touches for an enjoyable ambiance.

Catalina is an attractive
vacation villa home, offering gracious decor, great sweeping water
views, a tranquil and
private location to sunbathe and swim as you wish.
This villa is great for families with children, and
also couples, and is also a favorite choice for honeymooners.
Convenient to the North shore beaches, beach
chairs, cooler & beach towels are also provided along with the full
villa amenities.
The town of Cruz Bay is a 7-10 minute drive away. |
